Interesting beverage! In my country (Turkey) we have another fermented cereal (wheat) based beverage: Boza! But we drink it in winter and it should be consumed within a week.

ReplyDeleteHi Muge! Kvass also has a short shelf-life. I think I've stretched it two weeks, but like your drink, it's best consumed punctually.
