WW: Raising bread



(As I recently pointed out, at high summer you can often raise bread dough outdoors in the shade. An 80 to 95-degree day ought to do it.)

  1. In Phoenix I actually cooked in my backyard with a homemade solar oven. Great for slow cooking in a cast-iron dutch oven.

    1. They're keeping you safe, Ajai. Thanks for the comment. I tried making a solar oven a few times when I was a kid, but my design sense wasn't very keen back then. I gotta try that again.
